We’re so excited to have been chosen as one of the finalists in the South West Wedding Awards 2023.  To be chosen as one of the best Country Wedding Venues in the South West is a fantastic honour, and it’s just fabulous to be up there with some of the other most beautiful venues in this gorgeous part of the world.  We can’t wait to attend the Gala Event at the beginning of November where the winners will be announced, and enjoy some time with all the other brilliant finalists from every branch of the wedding world. Congratulations everyone!

The outcome of this award is based purely on the comments made by couples who have actually held their day at the venues concerned, so it is a very special one for those venues like ourselves who don’t have large numbers of weddings, and therefore don’t have a huge throughput of people to call on if it’s down to the number of votes cast.

A huge ‘thank you’ to all the couples who shared their thoughts and experiences of Harefield Barn with the judging panel – you must have said some lovely things to have enabled us to get this far, and we’re extremely grateful. 

Now all we have to do is wait, with bated breath, for a whole month to hear the result… watch this space!
