We’re just a ten minute drive from Exeter and just five minutes from the main Crediton to Exeter road so it’s incredibly easy to find accommodation near to Harefield Barn. Exeter is full of fantastic hotels, inns and friendly B&Bs to choose from and there are lots of lovely local options nestled in the countryside around our barn. Please do ask for any recommendations you might need.

The Hideaway Cabin
The hand-crafted Hideaway Cabin sleeps two and is completely self-contained for your privacy, it has a full size double bed, well equipped kitchen, electric shower, flushing toilet and plenty of hidden extras.When budgets are a priority we have heaps of ideas to keep costs sensible… whilst still maintaining maximum effect.
Walnut Tree Barn
Walnut Tree Barn is a stunning and spacious detached converted barn set in the heart of Mid-Devon and next to the river Yeo. Converted for light, airy and comfortable living, it is the perfect accommodation for families and groups of friends and is dog friendly. Walnut Tree Barn is extremely well-equipped with your every need catered for. A large dining room table will comfortably seat all guests, and is ideal for entertaining. Four ensuite double bedrooms with zip-link beds offering large twin or super king double bed options will accommodate 8 guests comfortably.
The Orchard Retreat
An award-winning family-run holiday site, set amongst glorious countryside. We offer two beautifully renovated holiday cottages located in the main courtyard, both with their own secure gardens. Guests are free to explore our 15 acres of meadows, woodland, streams and orchard, and if both cottages are booked by the same group, then we can also offer up to three exclusive camping pitches, each with a private bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Union Road Moto Velo Rooms
Based in Crediton, in the heart of the gorgeous Devon countryside slap bang between Dartmoor and Exmoor national parks and only 15 minutes from the historic city of Exeter. Union Road Moto Velo offers 6 comfy en-suite rooms, most of which can be set up as a superking or with twin beds. A spacious kitchenette, dining and sitting room with TV and board games available for our guests. For outdoor types we have a drying room so your gear is ready to go for tomorrows adventures!
Oaklands
Oaklands is a luxurious and spacious rural retreat just a few miles away, showcasing an acre of landscaped garden, beautiful countryside views and plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Sleeping six in three beautiful bedrooms, it has two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area all on the same level.
Shobrooke Mill Farmhouse
Sleeping 14 in 6 bedrooms, Shobrooke Mill Farmhouse is a Grade II listed partially thatched house with truly breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside. It’s located at the far end of our farm, around 2 miles away via country lanes. It is situated in its own land with woods, streams and an orchard which guests are welcome to explore.

Coddiford Corner is beautifully styled and is nestled in its own private garden with glorious views across the surrounding meadow and hills beyond. This is a perfect romantic bolt hole for either guests or the special couple themselves at any time of the year.
