On Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of January, Harefield Barn will be throwing open it’s doors for a fabulous Launch Weekend, and we would be delighted if you can join us to explore our exciting new venue.

You’ll be welcomed with our own specially designed free cocktail (alcoholic or otherwise!) along with mouthwatering canapés generously supplied for us by ‘LAP Food and Bars’.  You are then free to take your time to investigate the different spaces in the Barn, all of which can be tailored by you to create your own unique event.

Some great local businesses have supported us to dress the Barn;  three wonderful florists, ‘Pumpkin and Pye’, ‘Emma Hewlett Floral Design’, and ‘Divine Flowers’ will be decorating different areas, and the brilliant ‘Keeping it Vintage’ are setting up some themed tables; giving you lots of creative ideas as to how you could design your day.  There will be also be a selection of handmade sweet treats from ‘Pretty Little Pastries’ and a cake from ‘Mandy’s Classic Cakes’.

‘Kate Walker Bridal’ and ‘Abidemaids’ will be displaying a selection of their gorgeous gowns, and on Saturday ‘The Distinguished Toastmaster’ will be with us dressed in all his finery!

Allow plenty of time to re-fuel, as we are being joined by some fantastic local mobile caterers who’ll be serving drinks, snacks and lunches. Throughout the weekend ‘The Copper Kiwi’ and ‘Lemon Jelli Events’ will be providing hot drinks and tasty snacks; on Saturday ‘Flaming Good Pizza Company’ will be with us, and on Sunday ‘Devon Deli’ will be serving the fabulous Tom’s Pies.
