For some people, the excitement of choosing all of the different elements for their wedding is a big part of the process, and we’re certainly all for that. However, we completely understand that there are lots of couples who just want to know that the basics are covered with quality and service so they can concentrate on the finer details
We are delighted to be able to offer both options here at Harefield Barn, so today we’re giving you some more details about our curated package.
You can be completely sure of great food and service from our highly experienced and recommended caterers LAP Food and Bars, which is why we have partnered with them in both 2024 and 2025 for your wedding breakfast and evening food. Your starting point are some sample menus with a number of different options for during the day and in the evening, but during discussions with them, you have the opportunity to amend or upgrade these to suit your style and taste.
We will provide you with a choice of welcome drinks, wine for the tables and a toast drink, and alongside this, there will be a fully stocked and staffed bar from immediately after your ceremony until the end of the evening.
As always, you won’t be rushed here at Harefield Barn, with the day before to decorate the venue, staff to move furniture during the day and clear down at the end of the evening once you and your guests have gone.
So what’s included?

This fabulous curated day is for 50 people, but of course you are able to increase those numbers for an additional price per head both during the day and in the evening.
If you’re choosing a short engagement, we still have some fantastic dates available for this year, and for ANY remaining date in 2024 the package is priced at £9,750.
For 2025 the package is priced at £12,500 for a weekend in High Season (April to September) and £11,500 for any two weekdays (Monday to Thursday) in High Season, or any two days, including weekends, in Low Season.
