Open Evening plans well under way

When we set the date for our Open Evening, it did seem quite a long way away, but here we are, with just three weeks to go, and I'm delighted to confirm a wonderful list of people joining us for the evening.

So once you’ve been served with your complimentary mulled cider (or apple juice) you’ll have much to see as you explore all that Harefield Barn has to offer.  And don’t worry; if your glass runs dry, the bar will be open too, kindly manned on the night by http://www.lapfoodandbars.co.uk who are our regular bar tenders at Harefield Barn.  LAP Staff will also be here to showcase the delicious range of food they can create for your wedding or event, so it will be a busy night for them!

First and foremost, we would like to thank the sparkling (get the pun!) crew from https://sonicfireworks.co.uk who have been exceedingly generous in putting on a firework display for all our guests at 8pm. This will be our very first display at Harefield Barn, and we feel sure that the venue will be absolutely perfect for it, so we just can’t wait!

We have got some fabulous suppliers coming along to the Open Evening – the perfect opportunity to see what they have to offer and pick their brains for inspiration towards making your wedding distinct and unique.  With their superb range of skills and experience, you’re sure to find some great ideas from this list of experts…..

Caterers: LAP Food and Barshttp://www.lapfoodandbars.co.uk, Mulberry Catering Companyhttps://www.mulberrycatering.co.uk, Fig and Smokehttps://www.figandsmoke.co.uk, The Rusty Pig http://www.rustypig.co.uk, Buen Apetitohttps://www.buenapetitocatering.com.

It would take far too long to describe all the wonderful range of delights available from this superb selection of local caterers, but suffice to say that there will be tasters a-plenty, the air will be filled with some amazing smells, so prepare to be tempted!

Sam Holloway is a local musician who can provide all things musical for your day, including individual acoustic sets, as part of a fabulous wedding band or as your DJ for the evening. We’re hoping he will be showing off his talents on the evening, so we’ll be ‘all ears’

Lighting: Party Lightshttps://www.partylights.co.uk.

Harefield Barn lends itself to lighting, with festoons of fairy lights twinkling off the huge glass windows, so party lights have kindly offered to erect some stunning lights to enjoy on the evening.
